I have extensive experience as a therapist, supervisor, consultant, and administrator. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. My clinical perspective is informed by psycho dynamic, family systems, and cognitive behavioral theories and methods. Thorough evaluations and treatment plans ensure that all clients get the most effective treatment for their particular needs and problems.
My experience has focused on working with addictions, mood disorders, depression, anxiety and trauma. Currently, l specialize in working with relationship issues in families and couples. Premarital counseling is an additional specialty. I do teletherapy via Zoom, Facetime and phone sessions.
My style is warm, compassionate and direct. I believe in interactive therapy with feedback as a way to establish trusting collaborative relationships with clients. I am solution focused and strongly believe in setting goals for achieving positive and lasting changes.

This group will focus on men and women who have difficulty with relationships, especially in feeling emotional intimacy with others. The members may be married or single but share the desire to connect in a healthy way with others. The group is on-going and not time-limited.
