I currently have opening for evening sessions. Clinical counseling and coaching services are different and I welcome the opportunity to discuss both services with potential clients. As people navigate their life journey, they may find themselves caught in reactivity to life's stressors, losing touch with the essence of who and what they are. This can lead to abandoning practices that nourish their body, mind and soul. In session, clients engage in practices which support rediscovering their potential and creating a life of balance and bliss.
In counseling, I specialize in supporting mid to high functioning clients experiencing stress and anxiety. I am clinically trained in western psychology and eastern traditions, which offer relief from suffering. My approach is grounded in exploring thought patterns and behaviors, returning to the core essence of self and letting go of what no longer serves.
In spiritual life coaching, I support individuals in finding their path through exploring their values, beliefs and goals. We consider what it means to operate from a soul perspective and how this may guide and support their journey in rediscovering their potential and passion for life, cultivating a life by design; one of balance, fulfillment and bliss.
