I integrate trauma-informed approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness to help your body and mind feel safe. Together, we will process painful memories and release the chronic weight of anxiety and depression.
I bring warmth, guidance, and real emotional presence to sessions. We’ll laugh, cry, and do the hard work together so you can feel stronger, more confident, and more at peace over time. I also provide clinical supervision for clinicians working toward their LCSW.
