I believe the importance of every story, and an individual’s potential to cultivate a harmonious relationship with their emotions and develop a positive perspective of life. As a therapist, I am passionate about helping individuals from multiple cultural backgrounds; my goal is to meet the individuals where they are, provide a safe, trusting, and supportive space where they can feel heard and supported.

My approach to therapy is grounded in holistic and evidence-based therapy practices, that have shown to promote long-lasting, and sustainable mental health. I specialize on Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered, Solution focused, and Motivational interview therapy approaches.
