Together, you and I will work to focus on healing through present moment experience and self awareness. Through the practice of self acceptance with compassion a powerful lens is created. This allows us to see the inner workings of our own mind and gives clarity to what we struggle with. In this space we find our way to growth, healing and peace.

I work to combine trauma informed, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral interventions and tools. I have been a mindfulness practitioner for 11 years and was trained in teaching mindfulness at the University of Pennsylvania.

I have studied Interpersonal Neurobiology under Dan Siegel at Mindsight Institute and acquired training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Beck Institute. Along with being a psychotherapist, I have also worked training professionals in Mindfulness at GIFT, DE Changing Lives. With my experience you and I can work to support your life fully lived.
