My clinical approach is integrative, combining relational aesthetics and psychodynamic
exploration with person-centered care and an existential lens. I weave in
evidence-based strategies like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Combining art and therapy offers a flexible, non-verbal way to access one’s inner worlds; no prior art experience required.
