I work with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, ADHD, the effects of divorce or separation, trauma, and depression. If you or your child are struggling and feeling overwhelmed, worn down, or unsure of what to do next, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in school counseling, specializing in child and adolescent mental health. I provide developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed therapy focused on emotional awareness, coping skills, resilience, and social-emotional growth, while collaborating with caregivers through virtual sessions.
