Our relationships teach us what to believe about ourselves: whether we are lovable, worthy, and good, and what to believe about the world around us, whether it's safe and trustworthy. When the relationships are hurtful, it becomes unsafe to rely on others, and we begin to believe the negative stories we've been taught. Asking for help is daunting and courageous, and you're here taking that step! Together, we will dive into your story so you can own the truths and put the falsehoods in their place while learning to love yourself and have the relationships that you deeply desire.

The truth is, you are lovable and worthy and wonderful; you can overcome the stories from your past; and secure, loving, supportive relationships are possible for you. You can reclaim those truths and learn how to have healthy, secure relationships, and I have nearly 10 years of experience seeing clients and extensive training to help guide you.
