Surviving the Pre-School Years
A virtual educational support group for parents navigating this engaging (yet often tricky) phase of. The goal of this group is to provide parents with a place to discuss their experiences, learn more about this developmental phase, develop some tools for managing difficult situations, and build a sense of community. Specific topics will be determined with group members but may include things like managing meltdowns, supporting your child through transitions, parenting a preschooler while holding onto your sense of self, figuring out how to embrace the messiness of parenting, and raising kids in a way that is aligned with your lifestyle and values.

Life After Birth Postpartum Support Group
This virtual group is designed to be a nurturing space for women who have recently had a baby with the goal of providing community, support, and resources as they heal from birth and adapt to life after giving birth. Discussions will include anything related to postpartum motherhood. This could include birth experiences; your baby's eating, sleeping, crying; tricky relationship issues; "weird" things happening with your body; difficulties feeling connected to your baby; unexpected joys and challenges; and much more. Show up in whatever way you can. No shower? Cranky baby? No Sleep? No problem! Come as you are!
