My name is Dr. Jacqueline Woods. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, therapist, mother, and author. I work with individuals who are on a journey to heal from trauma, childhood abuse, depression, and anxiety. My goal is to equip my clients with the tools they need to navigate the many layers of life with resilience and clarity. Rather than giving advice, I guide clients in discovering their own solutions to life’s challenges. My approach to therapy is holistic and client-centered, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques along with traditional talk therapy.
