English
| español Welcome! My practice focuses on Women's Mental Wellness. Are you are adjusting to a life transition such as graduation from college, motherhood, divorce, widowhood, an empty nest or caring for elderly parents? Are you experiencing a situation that's left you feeling a sense of loss, overwhelmed, anxious, or unfulfilled? If you've answered "yes", please know that you are not alone. There is help and there is hope. I believe you'll find my style to be supportive, non-judgmental and attuned to your own pace and needs. We will work together to help you navigate this difficult experience by employing the best approach for you.
If you are pregnant, or recently had a baby, and feel that "something's just not right", please give me a call. I specialize in helping women who are struggling with the adjustment to pregnancy, the postpartum period and motherhood. I'm committed to helping you feel like yourself again.
I use diverse approaches to treatment including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. We will work to identify your strengths, challenge destructive thought patterns and develop new tools in self-awareness and resilience. I offer you a safe and compassionate space to work through your challenges. I look forward to your call!
