We all have a story to tell and finding the right person to share your story with can feel challenging. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and relaxing space where you can begin to heal. You will find that there isn't any pressure to discuss issues that you aren't ready to discuss. Respecting your readiness to change on your terms is how I approach your healing journey.
Negative relationships, adverse online encounters, and unhealthy work environments are far too common. Dealing with a current negative relationship or newly exiting a painful relationship can really amp up the anxiety, negative self-talk, and depression. Although people may have endured the same type of negative event, each person's experience is unique.
I will meet you where you are on your healing journey. I work to make each session individualized to each client's needs.
