I have 10 years of experience working with couples with various challenges in their relationships. I use the Gottman Method and other modalities, to coach couples how to communicate, resolve/manage conflict, increase intimacy, and how to demonstrate love and appreciation. You will learn the components that go into getting the relationship you deserve.
Couples therapy can seem scary; I get it! This is a stressful and delicate time for you and your partner. I’m a stranger asking very personal questions, which can feel weird for some people. I provide a safe space where you will be heard, coached and guided in what makes relationships work. You don’t have to do this on your own. A better relationship awaits.
