My sessions are collaborative and reflective. I have helped many clients with chronic irritability; anxiety; depression; procrastination; lack of assertiveness and with trauma symptoms. I help couples understand their conflicts and create safer ways to communicate, negotiate and repair. I am a PACT level I certified clinician.
When you engage in psychotherapy you have the opportunity to learn about yourself, to deconstruct old messages and patterns, and practice new ways of being or relating.
