I believe we all have what it takes to create the life we are meant to live. I invite you to take the step of finding out what is possible for you.Through a process of discovery, awareness, and a commitment to self-understanding, there is a hope of embodying your truest self. Bringing a delicate balance of effort, care, experience and humor, it would be my privilege to accompany you on this intimate and very often, deeply satisfying journey. Don't postpone your joy!
I have over 30 years of experience working in different health care settings so I am very comfortable with, and knowledgeable about, many different health issues and how they affect people's lives. I am particularly skilled in working with trauma and using somatic and mindfulness methods for many years, including EMDR.
I offer experience in all developmental stages: pregnancy and childhood, parenting, adolescent needs, being a couple, health and illness concerns, mid-life changes, employment issues, loss and grief, family dynamics, death anxiety, interpersonal conflict, anger, loneliness and end of life concerns. I facilitate different groups and can work with individuals, couples and families.
