Group members come together to work on interpersonal skills while exploring issues related to anxiety/depression, family of origin issues, attachment/relationships, trauma, perfectionism, social anxiety/isolation, boundaries, fear, anger, grief/loss, and career concerns. Meets virtually at this time.
