I follow a solution focused and cognitive-behavioral orientation to therapy, which focuses on how thoughts affect the way people feel and act. My approach is supportive, non-judgmental, collaborative, and strengths-focused, yet tailored to each client. I strive to provide a safe, warm, and insightful environment in order to help individuals work through their stressors.
I have over 10 years of clinical experience in schools, homes, and outpatient settings. Since earning my Master’s from Villanova University, I have been working to assist adolescents, adults, and families with a wide variety of issues. Most recently, I worked as a counselor at an alternative school supporting students with depression, anxiety and trauma.
