I use an integrative approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. I combine somatic therapy which focuses on body-based interventions such as polyvagal exercises, breathwork, body scanning, EMDR, and somatic experiencing. I also combine CBT which addresses unhelpful thinking patterns and core beliefs. Lastly, I incorporate IFS/Parts Work to help clients bring harmony to their inner world.
