I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in Florida and Texas with over 15 years experience working as a therapist. I have worked with many clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression and anxiety, relationship and parenting issues, work/life balance, trauma, and abuse. My counseling style is compassionate and engaging. I believe as a part of the human condition we all come to face difficulties in life and we are all deserving of respect, empathy, and understanding in our time of need.

I utilize humanistic, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral techniques while conceptualizing from a family systems perspective when helping with relationship issues.
