My approach integrates trauma-informed, relational, attachment-based, and depth psychotherapy with evidence-based clinical interventions. As a licensed therapist with advanced doctoral training, I’m interested in what happened to you, how those experiences shaped the story you tell about yourself, and what becomes possible when that story begins to change.
