I am a bilingual, bicultural (Spanish) MSW, LADC therapist with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals through challenges related to substance use, mental health, and life transitions. I have worked with adolescents, adults, and justice involved populations across a variety of settings from residential and outpatient care to private practice. I provide a safe, respectful space to support recovery efforts, and manage anxiety or depression, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Humanistic Therapy with a focus on your personal growth and recovery.
As a therapist, I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space to assist individuals in recovery. Building a strong therapeutic alliance is vital for fostering trust, especially individuals who are facing co-occurring disorders and stigma. I am dedicated to helping individuals by offering empathetic support, motivation, and promote overall well being.
I look forward to meeting with you and commit to actively listen to your needs assuring you that I will always validate your feelings. Understand that seeking help is a strength and together we can explore your emotions and learn practical strategies for managing challenges. I am ready when, your are ready.
