About
*In person sessions available*Trust and honesty are most important to me. I am trained in trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I work with teenagers and adults who are struggling with the stress of daily life, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I offer in person sessions for those who prefer it.
I strive to provide a safe environment for those who have experienced trauma or abuse, with the firm belief that our negative experiences do not have the ability to define nor the future we are working to build. I offer individual and family therapy to help address issues like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma.
My goal is to provide a unique therapy experience for each person seeking my help. We will work together to build the best treatment for you and your needs while focusing on your strengths and growth.
