I support people through every life stage—from pregnancy, postpartum, and NICU journeys to teens/families facing disordered eating, women navigating perimenopause and menopause, and older adults coping with grief and loss.
I’m a therapist and dietitian with 25 years of experience supporting individuals in healing from disordered eating and comorbidities. My approach is client-specific and can be grounded in science-based theories, non-dieting approaches, body neutrality, as well as sensorimotor trauma therapy, and narrative and person-centered frameworks.
I employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to CBT, attachment theory, and somatic/experiential. I am influenced by Narrative, Post-Modern theories and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). Additionally, I am a Level Two Graduate in Sensorimotor Training and a LMFT/LPC board-certified supervisor in Oregon.
