Throughout the therapy process, I establish a space for clients to be heard, accepted, and understood while exploring emotional, behavioral, and relational experiences in an effort towards increased thriving. I strive to offer hope as a means to assist clients in exhibiting courage and wisdom in meeting goals that prioritize overall well-being.
I serve individual adults as well as whole family units. I collaborate with persons experiencing relational concerns as well as mental health concerns including anxiety-related concerns, depressive-related concerns, grief/loss, and trauma. I am trained in EMDR Therapy in order to serve clientele experiencing present distress as a result of past trauma.
