At times, we are put into confining boxes by people or systems who expect us to fit a certain mold in order to be accepted. Attempting to foster authenticity can be particularly challenging to navigate, especially after years of masking in order to protect oneself. I enjoy working with individuals who are facing identity, gender, faith, career and other life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with young adults who are queer and/or neurodivergent (diagnosed or undiagnosed.) My ultimate goal is to provide all clients with a comfortable space to truly be themselves.
I believe that the body is capable of healing itself. This means I trust my clients’ intuition and invite them to take the lead. We may utilize Brainspotting, IFS, Somatics or other methods based on your needs. I believe that you are fully capable of making monumental positive changes in your life and my goal is to accompany you through those shifts.
