As a therapist, I strive to establish a space where those that I work with feel safe, heard, and comfortable to share whatever is on their minds. Whether that be a child, a teenager, an adult, or a family, I hope to be able to help my client(s) navigate the systems they are a part of and work towards progressing on their journey towards living each day as their truest self.
During sessions, I prefer to to be flexible and collaborative. I find this approach allows me to meet my clients wherever they are at in their journey and proceed on that path with them towards acceptance and growth. During this process, I like to find appropriate moments to smile and laugh, and similarly make space for tears and anger when needed.
I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families from diverse racial, ethnic, cultural, sexual, gender, and familial backgrounds. I am actively working to specialize on working with neurodivergent youth, and have experience working with children and teens with autism and ADHD.
