I have experience in providing therapy to a clients in outpatient, inpatient, and day program settings. This experience with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds has allowed me to help clients with a variety of mental illnesses, relationships difficulties, and issues related to life changes.
Many people experience a period of their life where, for a variety of reasons, they feel overwhelmed, unable to figure out how to get "unstuck", or like they are not an active participant in their life.
