I believe one flourishes in life through developing meaningful, healthy relationships. In my view, counseling is a means of healing within a relational context. I approach counseling from a Biblical lens, holding the belief that having a relationship with and knowing one’s true identity in Christ is the ultimate source of genuine and lasting healing.
While this is my worldview, I gladly work with those who do not ascribe to the same belief system.
My therapy orientation offers a blend of theoretical and faith-based interventions in order to best meet each client’s needs. I have a preference for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
Being no stranger to suffering, I love to help people of any age find solutions to seemingly impossible obstacles and get back to truly living.
Taking experience from working in refugee camps, impoverished communities, church ministry volunteering, and in my professional counseling endeavors, I have developed well-rounded skills in serving a diverse array of people, finding that no one is broken beyond repair.
