I use IFS to support emotional processing and self-compassion, EMDR to heal past pain that still feels triggering, and behavioral therapies to build usable skills.
Whether you’re looking for skills-building, emotional processing, or deeper trauma healing, I’ve got you. You don’t have to do this alone. I recently transitioned to full-time private practice and currently have telehealth and some in-person availability.
