I feel deeply honored to work with couples and individuals of diverse backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. In graduate school much of my research and clinical work was focused on interpersonal trauma, men and healthy, authentic masculinity, LGBT identity and relationships, and mindfulness and spirituality.
My approach to psychotherapy is mindful and relational. In my psychotherapeutic approach those with whom I work come experience themselves, their relationships, and their partners new ways and to understand and change longstanding patterns. No one has to be defined by their past or past patterns of behavior.
