My approach is kind, empathic and straightforward. I provide a safe space where you can openly be you and bring your full self to be seen and appreciated. My goal is to truly understand who you are and what it feels like to be you.
I place an emphasis on the relationship between myself and the client to help create change. My hope is that you will learn ways to function better in the world, and learn who you are and why you feel how you feel. Confidentially, safety and comfort are paramount to any work I do. I treat each client with respect and utmost professionalism.
Personality disorders, complex trauma, life choices and identity are some of my specialties. My primary therapeutic model is Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT) – a model developed for personality disorders. I am trained in leadership development, non-violent communication and have worked with Employee Resource Groups on mindfulness and work effectiveness.
