Hello! My name is Jacob. I take a holistic, integrative approach to therapy that focuses on helping clients reclaim their sense of self and move towards healing in mind, body and spirit. My perspective on healing is shaped by existential philosophy, depth psychology and somatic approaches - focusing on become aware of the root cause of difficult emotions, how they present themselves in the body, and exploring ways to heal. Together we will work towards identifying the patterns in your life and cycles that leave you feeling stuck - and help you become the author of your own life again.
I provide therapy for individuals as well as working with groups. Building on my experiences in social work and substance use recovery, I seek to encounter you as a whole individual rather than a diagnosis. I have worked with many clients on stress management, burnout and difficult life transitions, as well as exploring trauma and religious deconstruction.
I currently offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Psychedelic Integration in Spokane, WA in collaboration with Journey Clinical and local prescribers.
