I utilize many therapy modalities, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I am also trained in EMDR, I also work on a harm reduction model. I work with clients with struggle with Addiction and have Mental Health struggles, from adolescents to adults I want my clients to feel secure in the environment and I want to create a place for healing, growth and change.
I became a therapist to help others. I continue to be a therapist because of the fulfilments I receive by helping others. I approach Therapy in a nonjudgemental, harm reduction manner. The client is in control of their goals. In a first session with me the client can expect to get to know each other and establish goals for therapy.
