I enjoy working with all people but specialize in working with clients with complex trauma histories, including those with attachment and relational wounds. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) daily in my practice where I weave it with body-based and mindfulness focused therapies to promote internal growth within my clients.
My therapeutic orientation focuses on the past, present and future, with an emphasis on those experiences that have or could overwhelm and harm us. Using the power of EMDR, along with many other techniques, we will work together towards healing and building safety in your body and your world. EMDR tells us that all people can heal.
