As for my work as a therapist, I draw from many techniques including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Somatic Body Movement, Parts Work and Mindfulness. I believe that both the thinking mind and feeling body should be engaged in the healing process. But my real superpower is being present with people as they deal with the tough stuff.
