I specialize treating trauma, anxiety, anger, depression, relationship conflicts. My approach is robust in that I address family systems, developmental experiences, trauma and patterns of dysfunction to conceptualize a treatment plan that fits the client's symptomology and goals. I am EMDR trained and have extensive experience using this modality.
I don't believe therapy is about "fixing you". It's about helping you better understand yourself, build tools that actually work for you, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships-with yourself and others. We'll move at a pace that feels right, always with care and intention.
