I specialize in helping folks 18+ manage anxiety, panic, OCD, ADHD, and comorbid depression. As a former lawyer, I have significant experience working with people in high-stress, professional careers and highly technical fields. I'm also neurodiversity-affirming. I'm passionate about assisting adults explore themselves and coming to terms with the impacts of living with unrecognized symptoms into adulthood, particularly overlooked ADHD or Autism.
Relationship is essential. While using evidence-based practices, we start collaboratively and focused on strengths, then identifying areas for change. I try to foster empowerment through embracing your identity, including culture, gender, orientation, and neurotype. If you're not accepting of where you are, it's hard to plan your route.
