I'm a licensed professional counselor experienced in dealing with a range of life issues, including depression, anxiety, addictions, trauma, relationship issues, and identity concerns. I take an integrative approach to therapy, using CBT, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems model, psychodynamic approach and other eclectic tools consistent with self-understanding and self-acceptance. I am committed to helping my clients discover how to become their own therapist.
