My goal is to support you as parents and couples as you navigate communication challenges, separations, and marital issues. My parenting services include helping you resolve parent-child conflicts, behavior problems with children and teenagers, and other issues related to parenting. In addition, I can help you if you suffer from anxiety, clinical depression, grief, complex grief response, adjustment disorders, and core trauma issues.

I have a trauma informed care theory of orientation and subscribe to several evidence-based therapeutic interventions. These include and are not limited to: 1) Relationship Therapy - Building and sustaining long lasting relationships (dating, long-term commitments, marriage), 2) Perinatal Mental Health Support and 3) Parent Coaching.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a focus in Child and Family Counseling from the State University of New York at Buffalo 2002. I also have a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte 2024. And I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSWA), providing mental health therapy in-person and virtually.
