I love working with a diverse college-age population. I am particularly passionate about men's mental health and finds great fulfillment in addressing men’s issues. Other professional interests also include interpersonal, personality, identity, and existential concerns as well as clients from rural or underserved areas, individuals from low socioeconomic backgrounds, first-generation college students, and blue-collar workers. I would love to work with you to create and live the life you've always wanted.
I use a psychodynamic approach to therapy and am trained in numerous evidence-based treatments such as Transference Focused Psychotherapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, and Core Conflictual Relationship Theme. I utilize this framework through a multicultural lens which situates the client/therapist relationship in the context of the clients life development
