I feel a "calling" to help adults and teens through counseling! I offer clients deep compassion, unconditional acceptance, and understanding. Often we believe the worst about ourselves! We lose sight of our own value, our own beauty, and self worth. We become depressed or constantly anxious, feel lost, maybe even broken on the inside. But, counseling can change that! I provide a safe environment that is consistently supportive, empathetic, and empowering! I see everyone's life as a journey to become the best version of themself possible. I assist my clients to awaken to their unique inner gifts and style that they came into this world with. I help them deal with limiting beliefs from childhood, heal traumatic events, and deal with unresolved shame. Nagging anxiety and depression will begin to lift!
