The weight of being alive, alone, hopeless, or stuck can feel unbearable or suffocating. Often we may feel that we know where we'd like to be in life, but don't know how to get there, or maybe we don't see a future at all. How does one overcome this sense of dread, or make sense from meaninglessness? It is my hope through authentic connections with others, we can discover what it means for each of us to live fully, thoroughly, and well. Conversations begin in an environment in which clients can feel safe, heard, and free to be themselves.

Utilizing CBT, Exposure (ERP), and Existential therapies, clients can explore their awareness of themselves in the present, their emotional experiences, their discomfort, how they choose to be themselves, and how to take responsibility for their lives in ways that help them feel empowered and free. I am an ally and advocate of the LGBTQIA+ community
