You may be doing fine on paper, but something keeps repeating. The same relationship dynamic. The same ceiling at work. The same anxiety, burnout, indecision, or quiet sense that your life no longer fits. You may understand the pattern intellectually and still feel unable to change it. I work with thoughtful, capable adults who are tired of trying to think or push their way out. Together, we slow the loop down, understand where it came from and what it has been protecting, and create more freedom to respond differently.
I offer insight-oriented, psychoanalytic therapy for adults caught in repeating relationship patterns, high-functioning anxiety, burnout, depression, underperformance, or a persistent sense of being stuck. We look beyond symptom relief to understand the experiences and patterns driving the problem, so change can become deeper and more lasting.
Seeing the pattern and still repeating it can feel maddening. It does not mean you are broken or lacking willpower. Often, an old way of staying safe has simply outlived its usefulness.
