I specialize in relationship, sexual, and gender issues, trauma and attachment issues, and mindfulness. In our therapy relationship, you’ll experience connection, acceptance, safety, and trust; this can be healing in itself. We'll start by exploring and making sense of your challenges, compassionately and collaboratively. We can also use EMDR, guided imagery, and mindfulness to activate your mind’s natural ability to heal, going deeper than words, into realms of feeling, imagination, and focused attention. I can help with relationship challenges like navigating dating, love, commitment, conflict, monogamy, polyamory, infidelity, and breakups. Throughout your relationship journey, I can provide insight, help you develop a more secure attachment style, and strengthen relationship skills like self-awareness, empathy, communication, collaboration, and boundaries.
I take an open, non-judgmental approach to addressing sexual challenges (like high or low desire, shame/embarrassment about desires, and difficulty meeting sexual expectations). I can also help with gender-related challenges (such as clarifying/accepting your gender identity and clarifying how you want to express gender). I look forward to connecting!
