I’m Jacob K. Gilbreath, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 4 years of experience. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, sexual orientation, and relationship concerns. Starting my career during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I quickly learned how to adapt to meet my clients' unique needs, and I’m passionate about helping those who may struggle with their emotions find meaningful connections with themselves and their communities.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. In my practice, I creatively blend person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you see how your beliefs shape the way you interact with the world.
