My style of therapy is geared towards helping individuals discover their own inner strength and direction in their lives. Childhood experiences play a major role in development, even as an adult, and can influence the way we view the world. I have an extensive background with children and adolescents regarding issues such as family conflict, peer relationships, behavior disorders and developmental barriers. My goal is to help these children or adults identify their strengths and build collaborative therapy goals with them.
