With 20 years’ experience working with kids, adults, Veterans and their families, I bring a vast variety of tools to the table. I have a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. I started my career focusing on Criminal Justice, but I quickly found that I did not want to be the hammer, but the help. I believe everything is an opportunity if we allow it to be.
I was born and raised in Detroit, MI, I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Grand Valley State University and Master of Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. I specialize in mental health, substance abuse, psychotherapy and coaching.
