On the outside, you may appear calm, capable, and dependable while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted. I work with individuals and couples struggling with relationship challenges, trauma, depression, grief, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in painful patterns, disconnected in relationships, or weighed down by stress they have carried alone for far too long. Together, we work toward healing, healthier communication, stronger relationships, and meaningful lasting change.

My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. I help clients better understand themselves, improve communication, develop healthier coping patterns, and strengthen relationships. For those who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling that incorporates Christian values and biblical principles into therapy.
