I work with individuals experiencing trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also work with couples who are having relational conflict. Perhaps you’ve tried to manage these feelings on your own, but they keep impacting your life, relationships, and peace of mind. Whether you’re an adult, teen, or part of a couple, I’m here to support you on the path to healing. I am also a Marine Corps veteran and deeply passionate about working with veterans and first responders.

I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in my practice. These evidence-based approaches enable me to assist clients in processing distressing experiences and fostering meaningful change. I utilize Emotional Focused Therapy for couples work to foster better understanding and communication skills.

Therapy is a process of meeting someone where they are and providing a safe, non-judgmental space to navigate life's difficult challenges and pains. Through working with our different parts it can create an inner system of healing and stability.
