I work with individuals experiencing trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also work with couples who are having relational conflict. I am also a Marine Corps veteran and deeply passionate about working with veterans and first responders.
I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in my practice. These evidence-based approaches enable me to assist clients in processing distressing experiences and fostering meaningful change. I utilize Emotional Focused Therapy for couples work to foster better understanding and communication skills.
Therapy is a process of meeting someone where they are and providing a safe, non-judgmental space to navigate life's difficult challenges and pains. Through working with our different parts it can create an inner system of healing and stability.
