I specialize in working with clients struggling with addictions, OCD, Scrupulosity, Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, & Grief, as well as clients who identify are Christian or have a Christian background..
Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Logotherapy, Brainspotting, I approach therapy from a wide array of modalities and strive to tailor my therapeutic approach to meet each of my clients needs. I strive to listen to, educate, guide, & graduate all my clients, as my goal is that no client stays in therapy "forever."
